**Description**
- Support Board meetings
- Organize, prepare and manage all LNOX entities’ Exco quarterly meetings with subsidiaries Heads & Finance
- Lead all LNOX entities’ annual budgeting exercise and presentations
- Conduct Industry studies (regarding competitors, products, etc)
- Lead Working Capital management subcommittee
- Support ESG management & committee
- Support Enterprise Risk Management & committee
- Review and update relevant group policies and guidelines
- Review structure and organization of entities
- Approval limit and control
- Review key governance processes and gaps (if any)
- Prepare and monitor key projects and budget with finance team on Sales and Product
- Manage Capex and adhoc projects
- R&D and special projects
- M&A
- Assist ISO audit for W&S
- Attend to adhoc request from NSHS / NSHD
- Liaise and response to external or internal enquires regarding policies, NDAs, contracts, business review, industry feedback, customers corporate enquiries e.g, on ESG matters, etc
- Work with respective business entities to solve any business or operational issues that need corporate planning assistance or support including business improvement, strategic cost management, conflict resolution, etc
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review financial performance, monitor the working capital movements and KPIs
- Organize and monitor LNOX entities monthly financial reporting and presentation
- Assist and coordinate annual cycle count and stock take with relevant departments
- Conduct and assist in Internal Audits such as petty cash audits.
- Review and manage inter-co loan and key transaction
- Review and check key payment request from entities before submitting to MD for approval and sign off
- Authorized to stop work and report any unsafe acts or conditions, and ensure compliance with all applicable Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
- Adhere to established quality, environmental protection, health and safety policies and procedures.
