**Job responsibilities**:

- Supports F&B and rooms operation at club lounge.
- Ensure services are extended promptly and efficiently to guests.
- Curates’ quality experience for guests and resolves guest feedbacks.
- Cooperates with in-room dining and housekeeping team to ensure a seamless experience.
- Acts as the link for guests with all other areas of the hotels.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum GCE O/N Level
- Certificate/Diploma in hospitality management from a recognized institution is advantageous.
- Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Impeccably well-groomed.
- Exceptional guest relations and communication skills
- Attention to details.
- Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
