Main Task
- Computer Literacy MS Word, Ms Excel
- Class 3 Driving Licence
- To carry out duties of performing maintenance and services for materials in the warehouse
- Goods receipt, picking, labelling, transfer of customers' materials.
- Housekeeing, cycle counting and physical stock checking according to the stated schedules / procedures.
- Carry out regular checks and tracking.
- Track, maintain and upkeep all warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire warehouse.
- Checking the correct quantity and type of goods have been received.
- Record any damaged, missing or faulty goods.
- Moving the goods to the correct area in the warehouse, either manually or using mechanical handling equipment.
- Labelling goods.
- Sending goods for delivery as and when require
- Allocating storage space for goods.
- Picking goods that have been ordered.
- Compliance with security procedures in health and safety.
- Maintaining the warehouse in a tidy state and clearing away packing material and debris.
- Occasionally (ad hoc basis) attached to driver for support
- Other Ad-Hoc duties from time to time
- Assist to coordinate Vehicle for maintenance, Check Tyre & Renewal of Road Tax.
- Check vehicle in good condition and adequate maintenance to prevent breakdown.
- Check vehicle brakes ,tyre & lights are in good working condition before start of delivery.
- Plan, assist and coordinate Vehicle for maintenance, Check Tyre & Renewal of Road Tax
