Job Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management

· Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor inventory movements to avoid shortages or excess.

· Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

2. Order Processing

· Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.

· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to meet delivery timelines.

3. Shipping & Delivery Coordination

· Arrange shipments and select suitable carriers.

· Track deliveries and communicate updates.

· Address delays or shipment issues promptly.

4. Documentation & Record Keeping

· Maintain thorough records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.

· Manage import/export documentation, including invoices and customs paperwork.

· Prepare logistics reports on inventory, deliveries, and costs.

5. Supplier & Vendor Management

· Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely supply of goods.

· Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery.

· Negotiate contracts for cost efficiency.

6. Transportation Management

· Plan efficient transport routes to minimize cost and ensure timely delivery.

· Monitor and manage transportation expenses.

· Ensure adherence to transport regulations.

7. Issue Resolution

· Resolve inventory mismatches, shipment problems, or damaged goods.

· Handle customer complaints related to logistics and offer prompt resolutions.

8. Regulatory Compliance

· Ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

· Keep up to date with changes in customs, safety, and import/export rules.

9. Budgeting & Cost Control

· Track logistics expenses and identify opportunities to reduce costs.

· Support budgeting and allocation of resources.

10. Communication & Coordination

· Work closely with internal teams (sales, procurement, warehouse) for seamless operations.

· Serve as the liaison among suppliers, carriers, and customers.

11. Returns Management

· Ensure all returns are documented with proper Job Orders.

· Inspect returned items and report their condition; mark items appropriately.

· Follow up with relevant teams on the necessary next steps.

Job Requirements:

· At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

· Possess SAP or WMS knowledge.

· Strong knowledge of supply chain management.

· Basic knowledge of customs and import/export regulations.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
