Key

**Responsibilities**:
Support the AR managed services function for Southeast Asia
- Process customers billings, credit notes, Statement of Accounts, including uploading/ sending of such to customers
- Process customers payments
- Timely resolution & follow up of customers' issues and requests
- In charge of billing collections and ensuring healthy DSO ratios
- Credit control and monitoring on slow receivables
- Assist in the analysis of revenue and AR balances
- Assist in the preparation of monthly AR dashboards & any other reports required.
- Support annual budgeting process, internal & external audits, and to prepare financial statements and XBRL
- SAP go live support
- Any other tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous and organised
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in speaking with external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with SAP S/4Hana
