**Job Descriptions**

We’re looking for a data-driven and results-oriented **Senior Performance Marketing Executive** to lead and optimise paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI through strategic performance marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.

**You're a fit for this role, if you**:
**3+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce environment.
**Proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets and delivering against performance KPIs.
**Deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and related tools (e.g., GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualisation tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
A self-starter mindset, comfortable with autonomy, speed, and ambiguity

**We are looking for an ambitious Senior Performance Marketing**to**:
Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that drive conversions
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Analyse performance data to generate actionable insights and present results to key stakeholders regularly
Manage budgets effectively to meet monthly and quarterly performance targets
Work closely with cross-functional teams (CRM, Product, Analytics) to ensure campaign alignment and end-to-end tracking
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
