Global Training Services, a public-approved Training Provider under SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and a registered Private Education Institution (PEI) is currently looking for a motivated individual with experience in conducting and managing sales and marketing for funded training and non-funded higher education programmes to join and helm our Sales Team. As the Team Lead, you will be expected to drive sales not just independently but also motivate and coach other Sales Team members in their sales and marketing efforts.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Leading the sales and marketing effort to promote courses to corporate partners and the general public;
- Working closely with our selected digital marketing agency to scope, plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns;
- Vetting and approving marketing collaterals as well as official communications to learners and customers before they are sent out;
- Training and monitoring internal sales staff and external channel partners carrying out the end-to-end course sales process for all GTS courses and programmes;
- Setting sales targets and other performance indicators for respective team members and self;
- Reviewing analytics on the success of every sales and marketing channel to improve their Return on Investment (ROI); and
- Collaborating with the management to create new products (courses) and services (consultancy) that the BU can promote as part of the value chain for existing and potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management and sales targets.
- At least a Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
