**About the Role**:
**What You'll Do:
- Utilize current policies and procedures as guiding principles in evaluating conflicts of interest
- Provide preliminary conflict assessments by acting as a neutral liaison between practice area professionals to resolve potential conflicts, ensuring that case-specific information is not inappropriately disclosed
- Communicate with and instruct Senior Managing Directors and their staff related to conflict processes and policies
- Develop an understanding of the nature of and services provided by the practice areas supported
- Use experience to navigate complicated situations regarding client relationships and firm interests
- Address high volume of complex conflict of interest checks and intake of new matters
- Responsible for enforcing procedures to ensure that all conflict information is up to date
- Provide after-hours weekend support on a rotating basis
- Perform special projects or other duties as requested
- Perform administrative tasks associated with conflict check process

**Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Come legal, research or related field experience
- Extensive familiarity with the legal field and legal terminology
- Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures related to conflicts of interest and the legal field
- Prior experience using Intapp and Salesforce
- Perform work with mínimal supervision, conferring with supervisor on complex or difficult issues
- Demonstrate ingenuity and creativity when obstacles are encountered
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communications
- Efficient under time pressures
- Ability to keep information in strict confidence. Breach of confidentiality is grounds for dismissal
