**About the role**

Executes processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement goals, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and/or program execution. Authorizes purchase orders, approve payments, and responds to client issues to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As Procurement Specialist **, **you’ll be responsible for:

- In charge of Asia Region
- Responds to customers' issues or problems.
- Lead purchase orders process, review the demand, MRP, PO and coordinate with suppliers, lead time, delivery management to meet customer expectation and our commitment.
- Analyses and reviews price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices.
- Analyses and monitors contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Cover the product purchase process for ROA
- work with Customer, sales team, customer service, warehouse, internal/external suppliers

**Requirements**:
As a Procurement Specialist minimum you must have:

- Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
- Strong SAP& MRP skill
- Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
- University Degree or equivalent minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
