**Summary of the role**

The Executive Butler oversees the daily operations related to our Senior Executives, leads with passion and manages the teams of helpers and drivers at home, as well as tea ladies and cleaners at office. He/she plays a vital role in growing the servicing staff, conducts on-the-job training and fosters learning and competencies.

The Executive Butler performs his or her duties with utmost integrity, creativity and flexibility under pressure yet excels in a fast-paced environment. He/she is a great communicator and constantly monitors the service levels to ensure our Senior Executives and their guests receiving the best experience.

**Job responsibilities**
- Provide high quality of butler services at both office and home to the Senior Executives
- Manage and provide training to the teams of servicing staff to handle the household and office tasks
- Oversee the property maintenance, e.g., renovation, repairing, upkeep of equipment and operating supplies, moving, etc.
- Assist in organizing F&B events and lifestyle activities for the Senior Executives and their guests, constantly update himself/herself with events/activities, art galleries and new restaurants in town
- Personalize service by anticipating various needs of the Senior Executives and their guests, remembering and recording their preferences, respond promptly to requests according to service standards and always ensure their satisfaction.
- Support various ad hoc duties, provisions and errands

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related major
- Completion of a formal butler training program
- Have minimum 5 years of relevant experience, serving a Senior Executive of a family office most ideal
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, multi-tasking, problem-solving, able to work under pressure, and with high integrity
- Patience, positivity, courteous, and caring
- Able to travel and ready to work flexible hours when requested
- Proficient in English and Chinese
