We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our Housekeeping Department as Floor Supervisor / Assistant Floor Supervisor. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our hotel and provide exceptional service to our guests.

**What will I be doing?**
- Leadership & Team Coordination - Oversee staff, assign tasks efficiently, ensure smooth operations
- Quality Control & Attention to Detail - Inspect guest rooms and public areas, ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Guest Service & Problem Solving - Respond to complaints and requests, ensure high guest satisfaction
- Compliance & Safety Management - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintain a safe environment
- Inventory & Resource Management - Manage supplies and equipment inventory, ensure timely reordering
- Training & Development - Train new staff, provide ongoing skill development, ensure consistent performance
- Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Coordination - Coordinate with other departments, ensure seamless operations, enhance guest experience

Housekeeping Floor Supervisors serving Hilton Brand hotels are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or floor supervision, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management systems and property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols for housekeeping operations.
