**Job Summary**:
**Mon to Fri**: 9am
- 6pm

Responsible in quantity take-off and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off and claims preparation
Assist in collating subcontractor's quotation and variation order work
Assist QS manager in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills

**Job Requirement**:
At least 2 years of experience in the procurement of construction projects.
Profile with more experience will be considered for higher roles.
