
Property Business Finance Manager

Play key role within the Property Business Unit Finance team, with responsibilities in financial analysis and reporting, cost and credit control, cashflow management, budgeting and forecasting. Role will also cover statutory reporting compliance through shared service provider.
**Business Planning**
- Prepare regular management reports that presents clearly business performance against budget targets, and identify key areas where management must place focus upon
- Provide expertise and advice to business stakeholders, to support them in developing budgets, understanding financial reports, and managing their financial responsibilities
- Analyse the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position
- Ensure strong finance and corporate governance processes are implemented within the organisation
**Project Control**
- For property development projects that the Group undertakes, to support Project Director in monitoring the Time (Schedule), Quality and Cost performances of the project
- To ensure that project costs are well-managed and any anticipated cost overruns are addressed promptly
**Manage Financial reporting and Tax compliance**
- Manage the preparation of statutory financial reports and submission of regulatory reports and filings, through shared service provider
- Ensure that tax returns, reports and required declarations are submitted on time and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
**Group Business and Stakeholders Coordination**
- Provide guidance, advice and support to the Indonesia and China Property Finance teams
- Manage relationships with business partners, consultants and advisors to ensure that satisfactory standards of service are provided
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
**Requirements**:
- An accounting/ finance-related degree from a reputable university
- 7 to 10 years of work experience in a related field. Prior experience with Big 4 accounting firms and major real estate/property company preferred
- Strong sense of business integrity
- Lively continual learning mindset
- Analytical, good business sense with a keen eye for details;
- Must be a team player and able to work across multi-cultural/multi-functional teams
