What you’ll learn & achieve:
Under general supervision, independently manages execution and timely completion of basic engineering projects by analyzing project scope and determining project specifications, establishing test programs for product investigations, analyzing test programs for adequacy and sequence, examining samples for compliance with UL requirements, and preparing reports for clients.

Hybrid project handler role in certification work for UL and IEC standards including
**both Testing and Report compilation**; related to Laboratory and/or Medical Electrical Equipment product types.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- With the primary role of a Project Handler, manages multi-projects related to the UL/IEC standards certification work.
- Determines the project scope and communicates with clients to discuss technical issues, explain UL procedures and requirements, and negotiate completion date and sample requirements.
- Perform construction review of product and draft the test protocol (datasheet) by reviewing manufacturer's documentation; for compliance to the relevant UL, IEC standards.
- Conducts local laboratory testing activities based on the data sheets for projects and for relevant accreditation audit processes.
- Compile the test results and generate the relevant UL, IEC report; managing clients’ expectations on timeline.
- Align with clients and communicate with UL reviewers on the certification deliverables within the project timeline.
- Projects may include travel to conduct or perform witness tests at client site.

What makes you a great fit:
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree or above in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years working experience in electrical testing or relevant background in medical regulatory work will be preferred.
- Prior knowledge of IEC/UL standards (**61010**/**60601**/60950/62368) will be of advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and good communication skills required.
