**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Architectural Design**- Oversee conceptual development, schematic design, and project execution for life science and healthcare facilities.
- **Project Management & Coordination**- Manage design efforts across teams, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineers, consultants, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- **Technical Excellence**- Provide design expertise in laboratory, healthcare, and complex architectural projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- **Client & Stakeholder Engagement**- Build strong relationships with clients, delivering solutions that align with their needs and project vision.
- **Presentation & Documentation**- Prepare detailed project reports, tender drawings, and compelling visual presentations to support design proposals.
- **Site Supervision & QA/QC**- Conduct site observations, review shop drawings, and ensure construction aligns with design intent.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience: 5-7**years in architectural design, with expertise in **Life Science & Healthcare projects**.
- **Education**- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Architecture**.
- **Technical Proficiency**- Strong command of **architectural software**(Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite).
- **Regulatory Knowledge**- Familiarity with **local design compliance**and submission processes.
- **Leadership & Communication Skills**- Ability to **guide teams, collaborate across disciplines**, and engage clients effectively.
