**Associate Director / Senior Manager / Manager, Professional Standards & Quality Control**.

**Responsibilities**Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Design and implement quality control policies and procedures
- Evaluate quality control through firm-level and engagement-level reviews
- Participate in technical projects and consultations
- Direct use and provide training on the firm-tailored auditing tool

**Requirements**:
- Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with professional qualification
- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in public accounting firm or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of accounting, auditing and regulatory requirements
- Strong interest and passion in professional standards and quality control
- Good project and people management and communication skills

**Work details**
Work week : Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00pm
