**Performance Evaluator**: Conduct detailed performance evaluations to assess crew competencies, provide constructive feedback, and set goals for continuous professional development.

**Culture Champion**: Foster a positive and professional workplace atmosphere that promotes teamwork, open communication, and high employee morale.

**Safety & Hygiene Advocate**: Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness and maintain the restaurant in compliance with all health and safety regulations to provide a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
