
Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and work with other departments as well as to supervise the project works.
- Site planning, coordination with workers, scheduling and technical support to Sales Team.
- Plan and discuss with Sales Team, sub-contractor and vendor on project execution including implementation.
- Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers, sub-contractors and vendor to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
- Track work progress and update Sales Team to ensure that the projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate the project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the Clients.
- Resolve Clients' complaint or feedback and attend site meeting if applicable.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction fields.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
