Project Engineer/architectural Coordinator

**Benefits**:

- 0-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month
- 2% medical pay per month
- 14 days annual leave + 14 days medical leave

**Responsibilities**:

- Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications
- Check site installation whether it is in accordance to design and standards
- Check and prepare for discrepancies of drawings to be highlighted to consultant
- Oversee the projects and follow the terms and conditions of contracts. Ensure compliance to contracts and the drawings with regulatory specifications
- Able to coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors and suppliers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Knowledgeable in basic Autocad software
- Has positive attitude and sense of responsibilities
- Able to handle construction projects with commitment on work
- Good in communication and written abilities
- Required skill : Able to use Microsoft Project to present schedule to the clients

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- architectural/structural/M&E: 1 year (preferred)
