**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management process
- Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow
- Manage all communication with all sales department order and process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all processes
- Assist with escalations from internal (Sales, Customer, Logistics, & Operations) and well as stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve all order related discrepancies, including root cause analysis and communication to help prevent future issues
- Verify all order lines and respond to all inquiries for order status
- Monitor and process all return
- Maintain the company's order processing processes
- Complete daily inventory check to ensure order accuracy
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Support ad-hoc projects and reporting as requested by management
- Dashboard and reporting development for improved visibility and process efficiency associated with the management of customer orders
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Job Requirements**
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
- Excellent customer service and client relations skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Good collaboration and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Expert inventory management
- Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and conflicting priorities
- Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
- Experience with EDI / Vendor Portals
- Minimum 3 years of order management, supply chain, and/or related experience managing ERP systems
- Willingness to travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
