We are seeking a dynamic individual with a diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field to join our team as a Treasury Operations Assistant. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work in the operations function of a large corporate treasury where the individual will play an important role in transaction processing, treasury reporting and analysis, and shaping our work processes with technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily trade verification, process confirmations, and ensure efficient settlement of treasury transactions (FX, FX options, swaps, structured products etc)
- Prepare and analyse management reports on treasury transactions, FX exposures and risks.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency through the use of technology solutions and robotic process automation.
- Participate in enhancement and implementation projects for our treasury management system.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Contribute to the maintenance of strong internal controls within the treasury function and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Keep abreast of market developments and new regulations that impact treasury operations workflow or activities.
- Support on other ad-hoc assignments / projects related to treasury functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong academic record with a focus on finance-related coursework.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, with a sharp eye for details and figures.
