Treasury & Loan Operations Assistant Manager/Manager (Banking) Role
About the Position:
The role of Treasury & Loan Operations Assistant Manager/Manager (Banking) is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing payment systems, trade settlements, and other treasury-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Process and validate Swift messages to manage payment systems and trade settlements efficiently.
- Reconcile treasury trades, loan disbursements, and securities transactions with accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, custodians, and internal teams to resolve settlement discrepancies and ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Suggest improvements in processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in wholesale banking operations (treasury/loan products).
- Strong expertise in fund finance, SBLC/LC, and corporate loan products.
- Proficiency in Swift systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Treasury Operations, including FX/Money Market, Bonds, and Derivatives (preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with international banks and financial institutions.
