We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Branded Goods Repair Specialist to join our team. The Branded Goods Repair Specialist will be responsible for repairing and restoring branded goods, such as luxury handbags, watches, and accessories, to their original condition or specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnostic Assessment**:Perform thorough diagnostic assessments of branded goods to identify issues and repair requirements.
Evaluate the extent of damage and determine the best course of action for repair.
- **Repair and Restoration**:Execute repairs on branded goods, including but not limited to stitching, patching, polishing, and replacing hardware.
Perform restoration work to bring items back to their original condition, including cleaning, refinishing, and refinishing surfaces.
- **Parts Sourcing**:Source and procure genuine replacement parts and materials required for repairs and restoration.
Ensure authenticity and quality of replacement parts and materials used.
- **Craftsmanship**:Demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail in all repair and restoration work.
Maintain the integrity and quality of branded goods throughout the repair process.
- **Quality Control**:Conduct quality checks on repaired items to ensure they meet brand standards and customer expectations.
Address any issues or discrepancies identified during quality control inspections.
- **Customer Communication**:Communicate with customers regarding repair estimates, timelines, and updates on the status of their items.
Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers regarding repair options and maintenance tips.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of repair and restoration work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and costs.
Generate repair reports and documentation for customers and internal records.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensure all repair equipment and tools are properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Proven experience as a repair specialist for branded goods, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in repairing and restoring a variety of branded goods, including handbags, watches, and accessories.
- **Attention to Detail**:Exceptional attention to detail and precision in repair work.
- **Craftsmanship**:Demonstrated craftsmanship and skill in working with delicate materials and intricate designs.
- **Problem-Solving**:Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot complex repair issues.
- **Customer Service**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.
