**Job Scope**

As the Head of Finance, you will be an integral part of the leadership team and reporting to the Managing Director. Your role will be instrumental in the growth of the company, and it is essential that you can be hands-on in overseeing the Finance function, at the same time strategic to be a strong business partner to the MD.

You will be responsible in overseeing financial controlling and reporting, financial analysis and driving strategic planning, identifying and managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. These responsibilities will also ensure that the company's financial strategies are in line with the objectives and goals of the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for cashflow management, developing and implementing investment strategies while considering cash and liquidity risks, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting reports.
