**MANAGER, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS (MARCOM)
Reports to Management;
- Lead and manage the Marketing & Communications (Marcom) Department;
- Plan, develop, conceptualize, and implement Annual Calendar of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) campaign/events for commercial property and entertainment/hospitality businesses owned by and/or managed and/or operated by the Company and its group of companies, including Leisure Park Kallang and Filmgarde, to create market awareness and drive foot traffic and sales;
- Plan, market and manage advertising and event spaces and contents to generate additional revenue to meet Management’s annual revenue targets;
- Strategize, manage and implement content campaigns for all marketing and communication touchpoints, including websites, social media accounts, APP, OOH, radio etc. to create and curate a cohesive and strong brand image in line with Management’s approved positioning for high recall rate and brand value enhancement;
- Ensure that all marketing content and communications updated and accurate at all times;
- Liaise with Business stakeholders and partners, including Mall Tenants and Content Providers on all related marketing and promotion matters;
- Liaise with creative & media agencies, contractors/vendors and/or event companies to ensure smooth execution and implementation of projects in a timely and cost-effective manner;
- Analyze and provide summary marcom report with recommendations to Management;
- Plan, check, control and review annual marketing budget, including ensuring ;
- Attend to public/stakeholders’ complaints, feedback and enquiries;
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
