Singapore Action For Aids (Singapore) Full time

Action for AIDS is the leading provider of community-based HIV prevention programmes, testing and support services in Singapore. AfA is looking for a Coordinator to join its Clinical Services team to promote and support the delivery of HIV/STI testing at its Anonymous Testing Service (ATS), including the recently launched HIV Self-Testing (HIVST) pilot. This is a full-time position but do note that the ATS operates on some evenings and weekends.

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Coordinator will undertake the following duties:

- Support the day-to-day running of the ATS and HIVST pilot, including:

- Assigning volunteers for various roles/stations and recording volunteer hours
- Managing inventory of test kits and other expendables
- Tracking clinical income and expenditure
- Providing confidential pre
- and post-test sexual health counselling and support to clients
- Providing linkage to care for clients who test positive
- Maintaining the HIVST hotline and keeping a log of related queries
- Ensuring infection control and fire safety protocols are adhered to
- Perform data entry and basic data analysis to prepare monthly/quarterly reports
- Ensure ATS protocols are maintained and updated, including assisting the Clinic Manager in reviewing the MOU with DSC Clinic on anonymous testing
- Support the digitalisation of AfA’s client management system
- Work with the Volunteer Management team to promote, recruit and train volunteers
- Work with the Programmes teams to execute testing campaigns and support research projects, including facilitating data gathering and participant recruitment
- Participate in staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned by Management

**Job Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathise with clients
- Adaptable and innovative team player
- Administrative, counselling and/or other client-facing experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Able to work with a wide range of partners, including government agencies, healthcare providers, community groups, and corporate partners
- Able to work non-traditional working hours (some evenings and weekends)
