Singapore Occasions Catering Pte Ltd (Singapore) Full time

The Operations Executive will handle the Outward-Bound Meal Program. He/ she is required to work closely with the chef and nutritionist on the ration/ meal to be provided for the program. On top of this, he/ she will also be tasked to assist the Area Manager with operational and administrative support to ensure the operations of the business outlets run smoothly in day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To liaise with Outward-Bound Singapore (OBS) for the Outward-Bound Program.
- Source of food products for dietary restriction requirements.
- To handle client feedback/complaints concerning food quality and service.
- Organise and lead the team to bag the rations for the Outward-Bound Program.
- Manage the logistic for the Outward-Bound Program.
- Ensure the meal preference rations and allergic rations are packed accordingly to the requirements.
- Perform inventory and monitoring to ensure sufficient stocks supplies for the Outward-Bound Program.
- Able to schedule and plan staffing/roster base on operational requirement of the business unit.
- Supervise and support the operations of at least two business units. - Able to function as customer relations and handle customer reservation system.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent to at least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management
- Strong communication, good interpersonal and management skills
- Passionate in providing excellent management and customer oriented
- Able to work independently and lead the team
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS, InfoGenesis, etc.)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems/challenges efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks and ability to meet financial targets
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per month
