**Job Summary**:
This role is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the fleet management, maintenance and repair and depot functions. This includes but not limited to the efficient operation, availability, safety, and compliance of all fleet assets while overseeing all depot activities and repair operations, streamline processes, maintain best practices, and produce accurate reports on global tank inventories, fleet control, and billing to support decision-making.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Fleet Optimisation and Management
- Manage and be responsible for the overall performance of the Fleet.
- Oversee and maintain optimal tank inventory levels across global locations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory utilization and reduce idling tanks
- Streamline and improve Fleet and ensure best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to forecast and align inventory needs with export booking demands
- Produce timely and accurate global tank inventories and fleet control reports
- Close monitoring on billing of global tank detention to ensure invoices are being sent on a timely manner
- Identify cost saving opportunities and minimize Repositioning
- Manage the resources to ensure resource optimisation and smooth operations
- Foster collaboration across departments to achieve organizational objectivesLead and make pro activate suggestions / decisions when applicable

Maintenance & Repair (M&R)
- Manage and be responsible for the overall performance of MnR teams
- Streamline and improve MnR processes and ensure best practices
- Establish and enforce policies for tank maintenance and repair to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop and implement cost control procedures depot operations
- Identify cost saving opportunities and minimize MnR costs
- Lead and make pro activate suggestions / decisions when applicable
