**Job Position Summary**

To assist in daily operation of corporate accounting, AR/AP, monitoring, and arranging inter-company fund transfer and preparation of whole set accounts. Monthly reporting to HK office.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handling of Corporate Accounting
- Knowledge of Compliances Like GST etc.
- Preparing the full set of accounts and review ledger balances
- Monitor AR/AP and Daily Cashflow
- Co-ordinate with Banks
- Help in Reconciliation of inter-company corporate balances
- Ad hoc assignment in support of finance & accounts department
- Provide MIS data related to head office
- Assist in Internal & Statutory audits

**Relationship**

**INTERNAL**:

- Communicate with various Fleet Offices and departments
- Hong Kong finance team on inter-company transactions

**EXTERNAL**:

- Auditors - assist in providing supporting and audit schedules to auditors in year-end audit
- Communicate with Accounts Team at Vendor offices

**Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with solid accounting knowledge on Corporate accounting independently
- Graduate or equivalent educational background
- Knowledge of Tally Accounting Software is an added advantage but not necessary.
