Singapore Vault Personnel Pte Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Documentation, Review and System Readiness
- Review customer’s build request relative to product code, wafer map, and build releases and electronic Special Work Request and translate it to UTAC standards
- Communicate and seeks disposition on document related discrepancies or inadequacy of information needed during the review
- Act as Wafer Map support, ensure that all wafer maps does not have any error and is available upon lot start
- Support basic enhancements and procedural changes to meet customer requirement and internal driven productivity initiatives
- Submit reports
- Build coordination
- Verification of BOM (Bill Of Materials) readiness prior engineering build starts
- Performs expediting of lot and coordination with all production personnel (Die Bank, Assembly and Sort/Test) via machine and resource availability check
- Publish engineering build plan to assembly team after review done by SE planner
- Publish daily lot starts loading plan to Diebank after review done by SE planner
- Coordinates reliability/ failure analysis sample request and submission
- Coordinate and expedite customers Component Level Reliability (CLR) activities

Line Activities
- Monitor lot movement from process to process to ensure actual processing is according to the plan i.e., from Assembly, Test, EOL until Shipping
- Troubleshoots basic system error or lot concerns in the line to ensure hold lots are released accordingly
- Ensure proper and timely lot disposition of hold engineering lots
- Conduct clearing of EL lot wafer remnants allowed to be scrapped
- Tracking of engineering material receiving & IQC

**Requirements**:

- NITEC or Higher NITEC. Diploma would be an advantage
- 2 years of related working experience in Semiconductor industry (process or packaging) is preferred
- Meticulous and highly self-motivated, with strong initiative and accountability
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and able to work with minimum supervision
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams
