Owner Site Representative

To carry out full-time site supervision of all permanent and temporary works as to ensure that the works are constructed to required quality and accuracy.
To prvide standing supervision as and when directed by Owner and Consultant team
To witness and record testing results.
Understand the contract, documents and drawings and ensure works are being carried out in accordance on site. Check and ensure all materials, construction and/or installations are in accordance to approved specifications, drawings, samples and method statements. Inspect and monitor quality of architectural materials including certificates of conformity and authenticity where relevant.
Attend all site, progress and technical coordination meetings. To maintain and update records of work done, including records of tests, inspection status of works, safety, site dairy, materials and equipment on site, labor, day works, provisional qualities etc.
Provide weekly progress report of Contractor’s work, including highlighting potential problems, delay and non-compliant works carried out by the Contractor.
To verify reports and claims submitted by contractor where required.
To record variations to works as instructed or approved by consultant team.
Attend to Contractor's queries and coordinate works of main contractor and owner direct contractors where necessary.
To inspect and assist with the handover of completed works including verification of as built drawings and monitoring of defects.
Attend and participate in the DfS review process where required and assist in keeping an up-to-date copy of the site DfS Register
To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by Owner and Consultant team
Flexible working hours required may include ocassional nightworks.
