**Job Description: Food Stall Helper (Fishball Noodles)
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities:
**Food Preparation**:Assist in preparing fishball noodles according to established recipes and standards. This includes cooking noodles, boiling fishballs, slicing vegetables, and preparing sauces.

**Customer Service**:Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process orders accurately, ensuring customers' preferences and dietary requirements are met. Answer customer queries and provide recommendations as needed. Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach at all times.

**Food Presentation**:Ensure that food is attractively presented, maintaining consistency and portion control. Arrange ingredients and garnishes in an appealing manner to enhance the visual appeal of the dish.

**Stall Maintenance**:Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Regularly sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and cooking equipment to meet health and safety standards. Monitor and replenish food supplies and ingredients as necessary. Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.

**Cash Handling**:Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Operate the cash register, process payments, and provide correct change to customers. Maintain proper cash handling procedures to prevent discrepancies.

**Order Fulfillment**:Prepare food orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring mínimal waiting time for customers. Coordinate with other team members to expedite the order fulfillment process during peak hours.

**Quality Control**:Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high-quality standards. Monitor food freshness, discard expired products, and ensure the use of fresh ingredients. Follow proper storage and handling procedures to minimize wastage.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in food preparation and customer service roles is preferred, particularly in a fast-food or food stall environment.
- Knowledge of fishball noodle preparation techniques and ingredients is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure a clean and sanitary food stall.
