**Job Title: Yong Tau Foo Stall Assistant**
**Location**:Kallang Place
**Employment Type**:Full-time / Part-time
**We are looking for a reliable and hardworking **Yong Tau Foo Stall Assistant**to help with daily operations in our busy food stall. You will assist in food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:
Assist in making Yong Tau Foo items (e.g., stuffing tofu, fish paste, and vegetables).
Cut, slice, and prepare fresh ingredients (tofu, fish, vegetables, etc.).
Help in boiling, frying, or steaming ingredients as needed.
- **Customer Service**:
Take customer orders and serve food promptly.
Explain menu options and assist customers in choosing ingredients.
- **Cleaning & Maintenance**:
Ensure work area, tables, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
Wash utensils, and cooking equipment.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.
- **Other Duties**:
Assist in stock inventory and ingredient replenishment.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
Support other tasks as needed by the stall owner.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit (able to stand for long hours and handle kitchen tasks).
- Basic understanding of food hygiene is a plus.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time: 5 and a half day per week
- Part-time: Flexible shifts (morning/afternoon)
