As a Data Science Director, you will lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven strategies, models, and solutions that drive business growth, enhance decision-making processes, optimize operations, and manage data science solutions as products.

It is key that you drive the development and management of data science solutions as products - this includes ideation, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and coordination with engineering and design teams.

Qualifications:

- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics, with a focus on financial services or related industries.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing data science teams.
- Demonstrated experience in managing data science solutions as products, including product ideation, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong business acumen, with an understanding of the financial services industry and its challenges.
- Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
