As our Head of Design, you’ll be at the helm of a talented design team, driving the creative vision and design execution across all events and brand exhibitions. From concept development to final realization, you’ll ensure each design is visually breathtaking and also aligns seamlessly with our clients' branding and strategic goals. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, memorable experiences that consistently exceed expectations.

**SCOPE OF WORK**
- **Creative Conceptualisation**: Drive innovative design concepts and themes for luxury and lifestyle events and exhibitions that captivate audiences. Initiate and lead group ideation sessions
- **Output**: Design and produce creative 3D renderings, highly detailed layout plans, elevation drawings and technical drawings
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of designers
- **Team Supervision**: Oversee the design workflow for events and branded exhibitions, including 3D renderings, layouts, technical drawings and shop drawings of the design team
- **Resource Planning**: Projects allocation for the design team to ensure efficient turnaround
- **Inter-department Collaboration**: Work closely with our account servicing team and production team in ensuring the design is aligned with the client’s requirements from conceptualization to production, and also ensuring budget alignment for designs
- **Vendors Liaison**: Communicate closely with vendors and contractors to ensure seamless execution of design elements and production details
- **Site Assessments**: Attend site visits and inspections to assess venue requirements and develop spatial layouts and designs that optimize the attendee experience
- **Mentorship**:Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to members of the design team, fostering their growth and skill development
- **Timeline Management**: Able to manage personal workload, delegate tasks to design team effectively, prioritize team workloads, and oversee project timeline to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables
- **External Agencies & Freelancers Management**: Managing workflow with external freelancers when specialized skills or additional resources are needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in lifestyle, luxury, fashion, or experiential event design
- Advanced skills in spatial planning, 3D modelling, and visualization, with expertise in photorealistic rendering techniques
- A dedication to creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Strong portfolio of creative 3D design work and detailed technical drawings
- Proven track record in leading and managing creative teams; strong leadership and mentorship abilities
- Good understanding of clients’ brand strategy and design alignment for luxury and lifestyle brands
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to pitch ideas and concepts to high-profile clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in design software such as 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Cloud software, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering elevated, impactful design
