**What the role is**
- You manage the Human Resource (HR) matters for all personnel in the Digital Operations Technology Centre.

**What you will be working on**
- On this, you perform job analysis to identify the competencies needed for the digital community, review and develop the competency framework for the digital community as a whole to align it with the industry’s best practices. You design, plan, and execute recruitment and selection strategies for the digital community and retain highly skilled and motivated Cyber Experts. You also monitor and plan the developmental needs for the digital community to ensure their skills are kept relevant through upskilling and digital development collaboration. Your challenge lies in keeping abreast of relevant HR initiatives and trends, and communicating innovative practices in a clear and compelling manner to various stakeholders.

**What we are looking for**
- You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years’ work experience in Human Resource. You should be able to take on multiple tasks and be able to adapt to changing situations, environments, and processes. You should also possess good communication and analytical skills. Appointment will commensurate with experience.
