Manager, Compliance Promotion

[What you will be working on]

The Enforcement & Compliance Management (ECM) Sub-Group oversees the enforcement of LTA’s rules and regulations to foster a safe and harmonious path and road culture. The Compliance Promotion section under ECM works closely with the various enforcement divisions under LTA and supports their operational goals by helping to increase public awareness and understanding of the various divisions’ work and objectives.

In this role, you are responsible for leading a team to plan, implement and review engagement strategies to promote compliance to LTA’s rules and regulations. This may include developing educational materials, publicity campaigns, engagement initiatives, as well as driving collaborations with partner agencies and stakeholders for joint engagement activities.
- Oversee the production and delivery of effective public messaging through educational materials, community outreach events, talks or programs to enhance the level of compliance to LTA’s rules and regulations by path and road users
- Explore and collaborate with LTA divisions and other public agencies for joint educational campaigns or initiatives
- Identify key touchpoints and work with the stakeholders to promulgate LTA’s messaging and for positive culture building
- Study trends of offences and propose plans and implementable projects to address emerging and/or developing issues
- Monitor and manage the work of the Publicity & Collaboration team by setting and reviewing the effectiveness of projects, goals and work processes

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualifications in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or in public relations, publicity, stakeholder engagement and/or driving collaborative projects
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent projects/deadlines time management skills
- Conscientious and with an eye for detail
- Good leadership quality and highly adaptable to work in a dynamic environment
