**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Singapore, Malaysia and China team including project and factory procurement, scaling efficiently to address the expanding business pipeline across the region and support various business units.
- Engage in and utilize a global procurement network of category manager.
- Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand supplier base and for new project/production needs.
- Ensure industry leading process of control on the spent and purchase-to-pay compliance.
- Monitor supply market conditions and achieve competitive costing with continuous cost reduction, lead in periodic price negotiation.
- Qualify suppliers and involve in parts qualification audit.
- Maintain SOP applicable to the Procurement department to ensure workflow processes are consistent.
- Manage demand forecast customers, supply chain inventory and records.
- Improve company’s supply chain strategy.
- Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to derive bottlenecks and other issues.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain and resolve issues on deliveries and long lead time.
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
- Evaluate and report on KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain/Procurement/Engineering related field.
- Strong experience in Original Equipment Manufacturers or Contract Manufacturers
- 5+ years leading experience and people management.
- 5+ years in manufacturing environment.
- Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders across the business.
