**Role Description**:
This position report to the Director.

The Trainee have to research and develop marketing and sales strategies for the company. The Trainee's job is to drive sales by researching and implementing targeted marketing strategies. The Trainee is also responsible for maintaining customer relationships and tracking sales data.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
1. Trainee would be able to contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies. Trainee would be able to help detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each of our massage services being offered.

3.Trainee would be able to plan and execute all digital marketing plans on social media platforms and website. Trainee would also be able to design, build and maintain a positive, strong and growing social media presence. Trainee would be able to develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions.

4.Trainee would be able to launch optimized online adverts through Facebook and Instagram to increase company's awareness. Trainee would be able to analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.

5. Trainee would be able to keep informed of current marketing strategies and trends so that he will be able to propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications during the monthly meeting.

6.Trainee would be able to establish and suggesting adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Trainee would also be able to provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
