**Roles & Responsibilities**
**JOB SUMMARY**
Costing & Purchasing Executive is to resolve supply, quality and invoicing issues with suppliers (overseas and locally). Providing support to plan production and purchasing activities to ensure fulfilment of delivery schedules. Prepares reports as required by management and or statutory reporting. Manage stock levels, analyse product sales, stock turnover rate and inventory level. Consolidate information to forecast merchandise demand.
**CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
Transport Management
- Lead continuous improvements projects to improve efficiency of incoming shipments
- Ensure stocks and documentation integrity by conducting internal checks and audit.
- Work closely with Buyer to update incoming shipments, shipment value and shipment forecast
- Manage service 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) and other vendors.
- Arrange bookings and coordinate of all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistic providers in a timely manner
- Prepare full set of Shipping Documentation for ocean import/export shipments (i.e Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, Insurance Documents, etc)
- Participate in sourcing and compare the freight quotation
- Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations
- To follow up on claims and discrepancies
- Management of import codes
- Knowledge in Malaysian import/export regulations

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**:
- MS Excel (preferred knowledge in Pivot and Vlookup)
- Google Suite
- NAV 365 BC
- Shopify
- Diploma in related field
- Minimum of two years’ experience in related field
