Front Desk Receptionist

Full Time (URGENT)

Looking for a Receptionist with a passion for service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Greeting clients, providing refreshments and helping to maintain the salon appearance - ensuring the reception area is prepared and presented to the highest standard
- Attending formal in-house training sessions as required
- Maintain safety standards (Covid-19 implementations) and cleanliness within the work place.
- Communicating well with customers.
- Possess knowledge of in-store retail products, promoting and assisting customers in selecting products for their hair care needs.
- Educate clients about the existing services that are available at Perfect Style Salon
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager.
- Ensuring all clients are attended to while upholding the Perfect Style Salon brand and guidelines at all times

Provide recommendations for products to clients at the salon

Ability to multitask between different tasks at hand while working under pressure during busy periods

Impressive telephone manner
- Excellent prioritization skills and high attention to detail
We are looking for a responsible and great team player with a positive attitude.
No experience is required, personality is what we want.

You must be passionate about the hairdressing industry and be keen to learn.

WORKING HOURS:
Monday - Saturday: 10am - 7pm
Sunday: 10am-4pm
Closed on Public Holidays.

LOCATION:
UE Square Shopping Mall
Walking distance from Fort Canning MRT Station.
