**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative services including diary management, planning events, organising travel and preparing travel itineraries, correspondence for the Chairman
- Assist in Chairman’s corporate, business, investment and personal related activities, tasks and projects.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.
- Follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman.
- Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Provide business support and operation duties as needed.
- Ad hoc assignments from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Responsible and meticulous in the tasks assigned
- Outstanding time management and organizing skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Basic photography, video and editing skills will be an added advantage
- Class 3 licence will also be an added advantaged

**Qualifications**
- Business Administration diploma/degree or equivalent
- A minimum of two years of comparable job experience
- It would be advantageous to be able to start right away
