**Job Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- With 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in M&E or facility management quantity surveying works, will be highly preferred.
- Good with analytics and numbers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
