Within the Material & Services branch in Singapore, the Technical Commercial Analyst is a local player, he is involved in analyzing all the repair quotes on a technical and commercial point of view. The detection of customer rebilling possibilities (missing, misused, technical removal reason, modifications...) The possibility of invoicing PBH exclusions, allowing the editing of an indisputable invoice in accordance with the requirements of the Customer contract. The technical analyze to ensure the proposed work scope commit with Air France maintenance policy The Technical Commercial Analyst knows the rules, methods and tools of the domain. He has a knowledge of purchasing agreements with Air France suppliers. He advises and assists the operational staff in their activities, optimizes the processing time of files to ensure a maximum quality of service (QDS) in compliance with current contracts and Air France maintenance policy.

**OVERALL OBJECTIVES**

The Technical Commercial Analyst is a major contributor to Service centre operations achievement:

- He/She will validate the work scope
- He/She will give feedback to engineering (component reliability,...)
- He/She will optimize the processing of exclusion report
- He/She will guarantee the consistency and effectiveness of the rules and methods for the detection of rebilling opportunities.
- He/She will optimize the processing of warranty claims and contribute to the economic control of the external equipment repair business.
- He/She will contribute to improving the Customer experience on a sensitive point of the customer relationship (billings not expected by the customer) and to guarantee the credibility of the activity.

**CONTEXT/ENVIRONMENT**

Market environment is highly influenced by product quality, time to market, Availability of material at the time of request. It is a highly competitive market.

Position based in SIN - ALPS Avenue (Changi Airport Logistic Platform)

Normal Shift - 9.00am to 6.00pm on 5 -Day Week

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Validating the work scope proposed by repair vendors
- Contributing to the detection and justification of PBH package exclusions
- Analysing all the technical issues identified in order to transcribe them into exclusion
- Issuing a detailed report
- Taking and asking for all useful and supported photos or evidences and makes sure that they have been requested from suppliers.
- Verifying the justifications of request
- Negotiating with the supplier the amounts to be refunded by relying if necessary on the technical expertise of the controllers.
- Analysing the reason for not taking into account the equipment under warranty by the supplier
- Following all ongoing modification campaign that can be re-invoiced, share data with France team
- Relaunching the supplier if the refusal is not considered justified.
- The responsibilities and tasks of the position are not limited to the above mentioned and change might occur in concert with direct Manager.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**_Knowledge and experience: _**
- Degree in an aerospace /Engineering
- 3-4 years relevant experience in Aerospace MRO
- Basic knowledge of EASA/FAA certification
- Experience in process optimization
- Experience in database / Access macros
- Technical/professional knowledge
- Personal integrity, strong sense of responsibility and diligent
- Good work attitude and a team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
