**Position : IT Business Analyst - Commercial**

**Reporting : IT Senior Manager**

**Job Description
Assist in shaping the business requirements to solid business case and turning into the project to execution.

Support for project management include resource coordination, documentation, testing, go live preparation.

**Essential

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the successful delivery of migration project through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
- Monitoring projects against time, budget, and quality standards.
- Business case preparation and support to go through the review process.
- Change management for the global rollout project / modification.
- Assist in managing the communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with country BPs to work out the migration plan and assist to align with global team.
- Support Manager on task as per assign. Provide regular updates to reporting manager on status of assignments and arising matters

- Committed, structured and delivery-focused approach
- Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business process and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources. (prefer)
- Excellent analytic, interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage colleagues, along with a broad understanding of the businesses they support
- Good knowledge of Salesforce and other commercial technology platform for various integration function
- Experience working with external partners such as customers, and vendors in process improvement projects
- Ability to initiate ideas and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

**Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in information technology, computer science or a related field with at least 3-8 years relevant working experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Experience in leading and managing IT projects and technically sound in Salesforce/SFDC.
- Knowledge of Genesys or Adobe Suite such as Adobe will be advantageous.
- Basic Understanding of system integration e.g. EDI, Middleware, FTP
