Senior Marketing Executive

**Main Duties**:
- Identify marketing and promotional opportunities in the market to maximise brand awareness and sales.
- Manage and plan the marketing budget for flagship brands in Singapore and ensure all marketing activity is tracked effectively.
- Provide day to day marketing support to the sales team in SingaporeSupport the sales organization in selling-in and implementing key account activities
Help manage marketing requests from the sales team and retailers
Preparation of weekly EDMs
Support Bloom Connect on EDMs and website content e.g. banners
- Work with sales and marketing team to increase branding in stores both online and bricks and mortar - including window & in-store display installations.
- Coordinate and plan booth for Baby Central (Bloom & Grow’s consumer brand) at consumer expos throughout the year with support from local team.
- Coordinate and manage retailer events, blogger & press events and collaborations with other brands.
- Help to coordinate with media and KOLs for product seeding and relevant coverage of our product range and launches.
- Manage Bloom & Grow Singapore, and other brand Instagram and Facebook Channels to ensuer they are hitting reach, engagement and conversion targets and driving traffic to e-commerce stores.
- Supervise branding on marketplace stores and support E-commerce team for marketplace promotions and sales
- Any other projects assigned by the Company.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent with formal training in Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in Marketing, experience in nursery industry is preferred.
- Experience in merchandising and retail marketing is essential.
- Experience in working and organizing booths at events including trade shows, consumers expos and retailer events is essential.
- Social Media experience for business is essential (Facebook and Instagram), any additional digital marketing experience is preferred.
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers and agencies is preferred.
