**Short Description**:
Advancement Office is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Advancement Services who will be a strategic collaborator in providing support to the Advancement Office.

Advancement Services
- Develop and maintain efficient database systems for data entry, gift processing, prospect research and relationship management.
- Ensure compliance across the Advancement Office.
- Design and implement database queries and data exports to analyse giving trends and outcomes for the department.

Reporting
- Work with ADV Comms and other departments to produce ADV reports.
- Assist in the preparation of other reports, if any.

Donor Services Management
- Work with Finance to ensure that all donations are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Manage pledge fulfilment.
- Generate data analyses for donor proposals.
- Conduct research on prospects and donors.

**Job Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in donor data management.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to collaborate, build alliances and achieve results within a population that may possess competing interests, opinions, and/or expectations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; effective organisational skills and strong detail orientation; the ability to speak and present credibly and effectively about higher education and the goals and mission of the university.
- A high degree of customer service orientation, personal motivation and commitment to values that support the university’s philanthropic mission and vision.
- An ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with respect to prospects and donors.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and donor database software (Raiser’s Edge).
