- Oversee security and lead internal & external team of security operations team
- Instil operational discipline to security operations
- Monitor & respond to daily operational events
- Review & prepare operational reports
- Work closely with the command centre's team of Supervisors and Operations Executive in the escalation of security related incidents
- Recruit, orientate and train security personnel on appropriate security rules and procedures
- Develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures necessary for safeguarding lives and property
- Oversee the coordination of staff during an emergency situation
- Assign guard duties to security personnel to ensure effective distribution of workload
- Keep track of incidents in order to evaluate them and recommend a course of action
- Schedule shift patrol to ensure a building/property is guarded at all times
- Implement safety and health policies and procedures to protect employees against workplace hazard
- Develop and manage the processes for securing classified and sensitive information
- Oversee the planning and coordination of security operations during high-risk events.
- Oversee the Technology Team for the security management system
- Implement state-of-the-art security management technology
- Oversee installation/maintenance of security system

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in spoken & written English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in security protocols and procedures
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Committed and reliable
- Proficient is MS Office
- Possess valid driving licence
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in security management & system is preferred
- Diploma Level & above
