We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to join our team at Moody's Ray, a division of Unison Consulting Pte Ltd. As the Test Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, executing, and monitoring the overall project test strategy. You will be responsible for keeping track of the scope of testing, evaluating results, and ensuring alignment to existing organizational processes and project management framework.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define, execute, and monitor the overall project test strategy
- Keep track of the scope of testing by measuring test progress and evaluating results
- Ensure alignment to existing organizational processes and project management framework
- Prepare and maintain test specifications and test scripts based on functional specifications and timeline
- Review test specifications, scripts, and results; execute test cases, regression tests, and confirmation tests according to the test plan
- Be the single point of contact for all test-related matters and issues
- Execute follow-up tests to ensure resolution of software defects/issues
- Manage, track, and ensure proper closure of defects detected during testing
- Provide regular updates to reporting manager on assignment status and arising matters
- Implement and enforce new processes and procedures to simplify testing through automation and innovation
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to minimize risks
- Lead and manage testing activities, ensuring quality assurance of Moody's RAY Engine implementation within the Credit Risk domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the efficient and accurate functioning of the RAY Engine.
