Bachelor's degree
- At least 7+ years of integrated marketing experience, with deep expertise in account-based and experiential marketing/branding.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Resilience; perseveres to achieve goals even in the face of obstacles; copes with setbacks; stays calm under pressure; and accepts constructive criticism without becoming defensive.
- Experience sourcing and allocating MDF or Co-Op marketing dollars will be a plus.
- Sustained/long-term success as a highly effective people manager.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data - think strategically and translate this thinking into recommendations/measurable actions.
- Strong communicator (presentation/written/verbal) with the ability to build strong relationships and align stakeholders to your vision/recommendations.
- Excellent vendor/customer relationship development skills.
- Excellent analytics skills for making critical business decisions.
- Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, Marketing Platforms, and other key technologies).
- Those with technology industryexperience will be preferred.
**Requirements**:
- Evolve, mature, influence, and oversee annual, strategic vertical, and regional integrated GTM plans for WWT's Global Accounts in APAC.
- Work in partnership with regional sales leadership and GTM leadership to provide seamless support to the extended organization.
- Develop messaging and content deliverables that articulate World Wide Technology's platform capabilities, differentiating value and key benefits for the Global Accounts.
- Create targeted content to drive awareness in APAC Global Accounts including infographics, white papers, articles, and other customer-facing materials to build awareness, drive demand generation and arm the sales team effectively.
- Own and execute best-in-class, timely Global Accounts launches to help customers, partners and press understand what we are doing is valuable to the market.
- Build/Foster Channel OEM relationships and jointly take to market.
- Scale across with counterparts in EMEA & USA to unify the brand.
- Demonstrate success in event management, product management, and/or project management.
- Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency.
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, documentation, execution, and purchasing of promotional materials, sales enablement and joint solution briefs.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients, and using the trends to make strategic recommendations.
- Own and develop regional reporting, KPIs and ROIs.
- Meet regularly with the Global Accounts Sales Directors to keep up with the business cycles and Partners.
- Set, track, and analyze GTM efforts with regular, qualitative and quantitative-driven check-ins with leadership.
- Formulate and nurture Channel Partner relationships to drive pipeline.
- Own APAC Executive Briefings and Partner Account Planning Sessions.
- Travel as necessary to execute GTM initiatives (Up to 30% travel)
